What is Faith, Unity and Discipline

Faith

Faith is the belief in something without proof. If you have faith in God, then you believe in something that cannot be proven. You do not need to prove God exists; you just believe that he does. Faith is what makes us human. Without faith we would be nothing. We couldn’t live, love, work, play, learn, create, or maybe think. There is no way to prove whether God exists or not, but if you have faith in him, then you know that he does exist.

Unity

Unity is the idea that everyone should be treated equally. Everyone deserves respect and equal treatment. No matter who you are, where you’re from, how old you are, or what you look like, you deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. When people treat each other with unity, they show their true colors. People who act unkindly towards others are only showing themselves.

Discipline

Discipline is the practice of doing things right. If you want to succeed at anything, you need discipline. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, get fit, study hard, or follow any other goal, you need discipline to make sure you stay focused and keep going. Discipline facilitates you acquire success.

Self-Control

Self-control means being able to control yourself. If you don’t have self-control, you might end up doing things you regret later. Self-control is good because it keeps you out of trouble. It’s bad because it keeps you from enjoying yourself.

Humility

Humility is the quality of being modest. It means having a low opinion of yourself. You shouldn’t feel proud about yourself unless you’ve done something really great. A humble person doesn’t take credit for his or her achievements. Instead, they give credit to God.

Kindness

Kindness is the quality of being nice. Being kind is being friendly. To be kind is to be compassionate. To be compassionate is to care about someone else. To care about someone is to have empathy. Empathy is feeling what a person else feels. If you’re kind, you’ll understand what someone else is thinking or feeling.

Patience

Patience is the quality of waiting calmly until something happens. Patience is the alternative of impatience. Impatience is wanting something to happen now. Patience lets something happen naturally.
